This place continues to deliver fairly consistently over the years. Their broccoli is the best broccoli I've ever had and keeps me craving and coming back for them. Their pizzas, pastas, and other food items have almost always been good, and the one time I really did not like a pasta they exchanged it for a different one. They also have a great cocktail and wine selection. The bar area is great for a casual and quick bite or drink, while the main dining area is great for groups or kore of a fine dining experience. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Ballard, and all of Seattle, and I will definitely be back again.

You guys... I think this was the best dining experience of my life so far. No exaggeration. The food? Obviously incredible...we started with cauliflower and burrata- incredible flavors that aligned with the fall season swimmingly. For mains, I chose the spicy poblano pizza and boy did I pick right! The crust was unbelievable. I tasted Mia's halibut...delectable. I also tasted Lainie's steak...insane. Oh and those Dutch fries wow!!! After dinner, we had both the tiramisu and pumpkin cake (if I close my eyes and think hard enough I can still taste the pumpkin cake and brown butter ice cream- I hope that never goes away). For wine we had a white and red from the cellar. What made this the best dining experience of my life, however, was the OUTSTANDING service. Our waitress (Kate) was a gem from the moment we sat down. She was incredibly helpful with our questions and spent time with us walking through what each menu item entailed. She also sent over the sommelier (Matthew) to help us pick out wines. Matthew was another highlight of the night- he was cognizant of our budgets, meals, and preferences, which led to him selecting a bottle of white, then red, that paired with the evening in a beautiful way (I could cry). Like Kate, Matthew was also very generous and thoughtful with his answers to our many questions. Oh and the icing on the cake- dessert was on the house Stoneburner, you have my heart.

This restaurant alone will bring me back to Ballard! Everything was divine! We had the steak, the pork chop, and garlic bred. The steak was perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned and expertly presented. The pork chop was juicy and tender. I loved that the garlic bred was a fresh baked, artisan bred. It had a lovely crunchy crust and a soft, fluffy center. I didn't even know that I have never eaten real tiramsu until I had it there. It was delectable! The cake was dense and the layers were like a magical, creamy dream!

for a party of two, we ordered a pizza and pasta to share. we left incredibly full! ambiance is great for a date night. they had an open kitchen which was lovely to watch as we waited for our food. they also switch up their menu depending on the seasonal produce. so make sure to keep yourselves updated with their menu through their website!

We had a lovely evening here. Highlights included the service, and the ambiance. We sat right by the patio which was nice seeing the people passing by. Although I didn't love the pork chop, because it felt over cooked, the drinks, pasta and salad we had were phenomenal. I would come back and try their pizza next time.

Came here for a work dinner and while I didn't have any expectations, this was 100% the most memorable dining experience I've had in Seattle. The vibes of the restaurant are very cozy and intimate. Our servers were so pleasant and very funny! And last but not least -- THE FOOD! Hands down the best Tiramisu I've ever had, everyone in our party hyped it up so much that our lactose intolerant friend got a serving to go so that they could enjoy it in the comfort of their hotel room. The roasted carrots were so amazing, I would actually pick those over the fries! It was just packed with flavor and the texture was also nice. And the star of the dinner, the ravioli -- absolutely the best. I won't say too much about it, you just have to go and try it out yourself! Overall, I had an amazing time here and would love to come back if the opportunity arises!

So we went here for Father's Day 2024 and I'm so glad we did! It's been a minute since we've been here and the food, service and ambiance were all fantastic! Let's get to it Wild King Salmon: this was probably my least favorite dish as the fish was overcooked, a shame as the flavors were really good and you could tell the parts that were not over cooked promised a delicious dish if done right, the sauces and asparagus complemented it beautifully Charred Broccoli: hands down the best veggie dish I have tasted in a long while, whoa it packs a punch! I loved it so much I stole a piece off my kiddos plate Spot Prawn Aguachile: I had no idea what I was getting myself into here looool but I'm so glad I tried it, everything about it was bright and fresh BUT I probably would have preferred a cooked shrimp dish (sigh I know I'm terrible) Morels Pizza l: SO SO TASTY I love mushrooms, I love morels and I loved this pizza, the confit garlic and potato just added another layer YUM! Dry Aged Toro Steak: now this bad boy was not playing around, it sat on a bed of thinly sliced potato's and oh that salsa verde, but the steak was king here beautifully cooked and seasoned well it was a delicious plate Basque Cheesecake: oh yes I planned for this guy and boy was I glad we indulged a little more, it was heaven! And they even put the fruit compote on the side as I'm not one for cooked fruit. A great finish to the meal, make room for it!!

My recent visit to Stoneburner in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance and attentive service set the stage for an exceptional evening. The service was excellent. Our waitress Allie engaged us in delightful conversation, making us feel welcome and at ease. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. She even brought us garlic bread on the house since she thought we were waiting too long. Very nice surprise and we didn't complain. We indulged in a variety of dishes, each leaving a lasting impression. The beef tartare was a revelation. The finely minced meat was seasoned perfectly with an egg on top, and the accompanying condiments elevated the flavors. The Snap Pea Salad was on point. I want to figure out their recipe. Maybe they will send it to me if I ask nicely. Fresh, crisp snap peas combined with a dill vinaigrette made for a refreshing starter. The charred broccoli was simple yet satisfying with their tahini sauce. The charred edges added a delightful crunch. The scallops were seared to perfection, tender and succulent. The accompanying sauce complemented them beautifully. The pillowy gnocchi, bathed in a ragu Bolognese sauce, was a comforting delight. I could've had more and thought the portion size was a little on the small size though. Overall Impression I thought the Stoneburner was a gem in the culinary landscape of Seattle. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. Make a reservation, as it tends to get busy! Bon appétit! We also walked into the hotel lobby since it's attached to the Ballard Hotel, and it was inviting and cozy. Check that out too if you go to the restrooms.

This place is a true Ballard gem. Between the old school meet modern ambience, the excellent staff, and delicious food, this place is a must go to for the neighborhood. As I often eat alone, I never feel awkward coming into the bar..,the staff makes you feel comfortable and are quite attentive. The food is always delicious. Their steak is my favorite...albeit a touch on the salty side, it's always charred to perfection. The bread is fantastic as well. Anything you order here; you can't go wrong. Highly recommended stopping in.
